Pre & Post Natal Exercise Programme Designing
This course enables me to teach pre & post natal clients. Designing a programme that is safe and beneficial to the client.
The course covered the anatomy and physiology relating to pre and post natal women, the 3 stages of pregnancy and the relevant contradictions for each stage, Pilates exercises relevant to each trimester during pregnancy and post natal exercises.
Pilates for Scoliosis
This course described the different types of scoliotic curves and taught exercise programming using 5 phases to help improve clients with scoliosis.

Pilates & Shoulder Rehab and Pathokinesiology: Upper Extremity
These two courses focused on the shoulder and upper extremities.  Starting with the anatomy of the shoulder girdle highlighting the general overactivity of the upper trapezius and the Sternocleidomastoid. It introduced numerous exercises that can help improve posture and movement within the shoulder girdle.
Pilates for Back Health
This course focused on low back pain. Most people within their lifetime will experience some kind of lower back pain. Back pain is classified into 3 categories:
1. Specific - tumour, fracture, arthritis
2. Nerve root/ Radicular pain - sciatica
3. Non-specific lower back pain
Most common is Non-specific lower back pain. Â This course began with the anatomy of the spine and taught exercises that will help improve the back pain.
