Studio Equipment Circuit Class

This class is designed as a circuit using our state of the art Studio Pilates Equipment. Sessions will take place in our studio overlooking beautiful gardens and Wyndley Pool lake. A maximum of 4 students ensures excellent instructor to student ratios, ensuring you get the most from your pilates. The exercises will be adapted to each individual’s needs:

Classes are available:

Monday 1100 - 1150 hrs

Wednesday 1300 -1350 hrs

Thursday 0630 - 0720 hrs - New Class Starting 30th January 2025

Thursday 0910-1000 hrs - New Class Starting 6th February 2025

Friday 1200-1250 hrs

(All new individuals must attend a 1-to-1 session before attending a group class).
